In 2007, the company decided to start construction of a multi-seed crushing facility as the 2nd Plant in Kharkiv region with seed-crushing capacity of 700 tons of sunflowers or 600 tons of soybeans or 500 tons of rapeseeds per day.

The plant will be equipped with modern machinery of such famous manufacturers as De Smet Ballestra, Alfa Laval and others. To secure full and regular work of the plant, we have reached agreements for feedstock delivery with large traders, also we have our own base of suppliers in the person of permanent suppliers for the operative plant in Vasishchevo.

The main advantage of “Nasha Oliya” LLC is, first of all, the fact that the plant will be built in the center of agrarian region in the south of Kharkiv region that will allow reducing expanses for feedstock delivery. This plant will be the only one in Ukraine which will process three types of oilseeds. In the periods of deficit of sunflower seeds, the plant will not stand idle but will be switched to soya and rapeseeds. This, in turn, will allow reducing the net cost. We have already reached the agreement with agricultural manufacturers of Kharkiv region for cultivation of soya and rapeseeds, therefore, because of high rivalry for sunflower, which appeared over recent years, we would flexibly approach to facility utilization.
