CRUDE SUNFLOWER OIL
DSTU 4492:2005

Sunflower oil is a high-nutritional food product. Calorie content in 100g of sunflower oil is 929 kilocalories, whereas butter has 780 kilocalories. It contains 90% unsaturated fatty acids, the most valuable of which is linole acid (55-60%). The oil contains vitamins A, D, E, K. It is used directly in food, in cookery, to produce refined and bottled sunflower oil, and in the fat-and-oil industry (mayonnaise, margarine etc.). Sunflower oil is also used in production of canned food, soap, paintwork materials, and in various creams.

SUNFLOWER CAKE
GOST 80-96

Cake is used as a raw material for production of fodder. In terms of amino acid content and biochemical value, cake proteins exceed the proteins of cereals, because they have more lizine, metionine, cistine and triptophane, as well as calcium and phosphorus. The biggest consumers of fodder based on sunflower cake are cattle breeders. Cake is also used as a fodder in fish breeding. Nasha Oliya provides stable content of protein at 37-38% on a dry basis.

HUSK PELLETS

Husk pellets are an environmentally safe, renewable fuel with ash content of not more than 4.5%. They look like pressed granules of standard size.

Technical data:

–mass fraction of moisture and volatiles - not more 10%
–maximum combustion temperature - 5036 kcal/kg
–minimum combustion temperature - 3991 kcal/kg
–bulk density - 560 kg/m3

Fuel husk pellets are used for household heating as well as fuel for boilers and power plants.

ADVANTAGES OF FUEL PELLETS

–environmentally safe product with low ash value. Granules are produced without any chemical additives. During burning, the same amount of CO2 is emitted into atmosphere as was consumed by the plants during their growth;
–economically viable. In terms of heating properties, fuel pellets exceed the efficiency of coal;
–ash left over from the burning process can be used as soil fertilizer;
–safe during storage and transportation (non-flammable);
–essentially odorless, unlike standard types of fuel (gas, diesel fuel etc.);
–no need for dedicated storage facilities. Fuel pellets do not absorb moisture from the air, which is why their high calorific value does not fall over time;
–possibility of fully-automated fuel delivery to the combustion zone due to good flowability;
–very convenient during transportation and storage, as fuel pellets are a compressed product with a large bulk density;
–do not contain dust and spores which can cause allergies.
